Experience exceptional results with Roland DG's complete direct-to-film (DTF) desktop printing solution, 20" x 50m is designed for the VersaSTUDIO BN-20D and BY-20 and the 76cm x 100m Film for the TY-300.
The BN-20D's direct-to-film (DTF) process starts with printing designs onto DTF transfer rolls. These prints are then coated with a thermo-adhesive powder and transferred to your chosen substrate using a heat press.
DTF transfers made with the BN-20D can be applied to a wide range of fabrics, including polyester, and are ideal for decorating challenging garment colours like blue, green, red, and yellow.
Print with the BN-20D or BY-20 using S-PG2 inks on S-F164 transfer film to achieve consistent, high-quality results every time with Roland DG's reliable direct-to-film workflow.
Please note: personal protective equipment (ie an N95 mask, safety goggles and gloves) must be worn when working with DTF. Hot melt powders should also be applied at least 5m away from your printer to avoid potential damage to its internals.
