Yes! We have chosen to run our store through Shopify, as it offers secure trusted payment services. Shopify is committed to keeping security up to date (see more). We use Shopify payments.

All pricing in our store is displayed excluding GST; GST is added at the checkout.

Our checkout is setup to accept payments made via Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay or Apple Pay. 

Customers wishing to pay via bank transfer can also opt to be sent an invoice. Our accounts team will send you an invoice via Xero, which will include payment terms and other details (see our Terms & Conditions for more information).

Creating an online store account does not automatically give a customer access to Garment Trade Pricing - customers must first be approved before this pricing can be accessed. To apply for access, send your business name and website or social media handles to orders@machinesplus.com.au. Machines Plus will advise whether your application has been successful or not within 7 business days.

Please keep in mind that we can only offer Garment Trade Pricing to customers who are considered garment decorators under criteria set by AS Colour. To be considered a garment decorator, customers must spend a minimum of $500 per month with Machines Plus on machines, other hardware or consumables (such as ink, pretreatment, vinyl, maintenance products, etc). Customers who spend less than this amount per month are considered hobbyists and will have their access to Garment Trade Pricing revoked.

Yes, for some products (such as Siser vinyls and Epson DTG inks). Information on whether discounts are available and what these discounts are can be found on individual product pages. Please note that we do not currently offer bulk discounts on garments.

Our freight options include: parcel post, express post, dropshipping and free shipping. Based on the items in your cart, you may be offered multiple shipping options; select the one that best suits your needs (see our Shipping page for more information).

Garments are dropshipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Rates shown are based on shipping rates the manufacturer has provided us with and refer to standard shipping only. If you would like an express rate, please contact us on orders@machinesplus.com.au or include a note with your order and we will arrange a quote in conjunction with the manufacturer.

Free shipping is automatically offered when customers spend $350 or more on ink, consumables and equipment. Please note that this is standard shipping only and does not include express services. Excluded product lines include: Ramo, Independent Trading Co, Bags & Linen, Epson Pretreatment (20 litres), equipment that requires installation, Cube pretreatment machines, and orders that have already been discounted.

Free shipping is automatically offered when customers spend $1500 or more on AS Colour garments. Please note that this is standard shipping only and does not include express services.

Ensure that you have logged into your store account prior to adding products to your cart. Logging in at the checkout bypasses the system and your discount will not be applied. If you have logged in and your discount is still not applying, we recommend clearing your cookies and starting again. If you need to leave a note or additional instructions, this can be done at the checkout. Simply click on “add a note to your order” underneath your cart and a text box will appear.

Please note that heat transfer/signage vinyl and media cannot be returned, nor can sale items. If returning unwanted items to AS Colour, please note that a restocking fee will apply.

We reserve the right to remove accounts that are deemed inactive (ie. they have no sales against them or have not placed an order in 3 months or longer). Please feel free to create a new account if this has occurred.

This is actually a question we’re asked frequently. We sell only genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products for OEM machines. We deal with brands like Epson, Ricoh and Roland DG and don’t deal in third party inks or supplies.

Image Armor pretreatments have been created for and tested with many different ink brands (including Epson, Ricoh, Brother and Dupont). As most brands do not create their own pretreatment (with the exception of Epson, whose pretreatment we also stock), they are happy for us to recommend tried and tested products.

The colours depicted in our store are an approximate example only of a garment or vinyl’s true colour. There may be variations with some colours due to the unique characteristics of certain fabrics and mediums. Colours may also vary from computer to computer and mobile device to mobile device.

The Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as any accessory materials that are used. Some examples of products that can be certified include: raw and dyed/finished yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, accessories (like buttons, zip fasteners, sewing threads or labels) and readymade articles (like garments of all types, domestic and household textiles, bed linen, terry products, etc) (see more).
