This 83µm Quick Glide Instant Peel DTF Film is suited to the Epson SureColor SC-G6060. It is supplied in 100m rolls, 900mm wide.

Recommended Operational Settings

Curing: 125°C for shaker machines and curing ovens (60 seconds with curing ovens).

Transfer: 130–140°C for 10–15 seconds.
Usage Instructions

Print the image onto the appropriate side of the film. The image should be reversed.

Apply hot melt powder evenly and remove any excess.

Cure the image on the film using the recommended settings.

Load the film and garment into a heat press, then transfer using the recommended settings with medium pressure.

Gently peel the film away from the image immediately after pressing.
-
Press again at 137°C for 5 seconds using medium pressure to enhance adhesion and feel.
Storage Recommendations
For optimum results, store this product in its original packaging at 20–25°C and 35% or lower humidity. Keep it in a location away from direct sunlight and moisture.
