Shipping

When you checkout you will be offered shipping based on the products in your cart.

In some instances you will be offered more than one shipping option. Select the one that best suits you. At others times there will only be one option offered.

    • Free Shipping for ink, consumable and equipment orders over $350 and AS Colour orders over $1500. (Excludes other garment and accessory brands plus selected products. See Exclusions Below for more.)

Shipping:

Shipping is calculated based on the inks, consumables and equipment you have under $350 in your cart. 

Due to shipping regulations, certain inks, solvents, and other materials are classified as dangerous goods and require special handling. To ensure safe and compliant delivery, our carriers apply an additional $25 Dangerous Goods Fee to cover the necessary packaging, documentation, and transport requirements. This charge helps us maintain safety standards while ensuring your order reaches you efficiently.

Dropship:

Garments are drop shipped directly from the Manufacture Warehouse.

The rates charged are based on the shipping rates from the manufacture. These are standard shipping rates.

An Express rate quote can be requested.

Shipping Terms & Conditions – Free Freight

Free Freight Eligibility:

Free standard freight is automatically applied to orders when you spend:

  • $350 or more on ink, consumables, and equipment (see exclusions below).

  • $1,000 or more on AS Colour products.

Please note:

  • Free freight applies to standard shipping only and does not include express or priority services.

  • We reserve the right to select the most cost-effective shipping method that ensures safe and timely delivery.

Exclusions to Free Freight:

Free freight does not apply to the following:

  • Products from the following brands: Ramo, Independent Trading Co, B&L Bags and Linen, RTP Apparel

  • Epson 20 Litre Pretreatment, Image Armor 5 Litre and 5 Gallon Pretreatment

  • Heat transfer and self-adhesive vinyls

  • Equipment requiring installation

  • Pretreatment Machines

  • Any products already discounted or marked as excluded on the product page

Geographic Exclusion:

Free freight does not apply to orders delivered to Australian islands, with the exception of Tasmania, which remains eligible.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Norfolk Island

  • Christmas Island

  • Lord Howe Island

  • Kangaroo Island

  • Any other offshore territories or islands outside mainland Australia and Tasmania

Shipping fees to these locations will be calculated at checkout or quoted post-purchase, depending on courier availability.

While we aim to offer the most accurate shipping information, all freight is subject to courier terms and conditions. These terms are in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and do not limit your rights under statutory consumer guarantees.

Some useful information about Australia Post:

Parcel Post

  • Covers all of Australia.
  • Sending to same state:
  • Metro - up to 2 business days
  • Country - up to 5 business days
  • Sending interstate:
  • Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
  • Country - Please ask at your local Post Office

Express Post

  • Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
  • Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
  • If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.

DROPPED SHIPPED FROM SUPPLIER - All Garments. A Dropship rate will be charged for each garment supplier you purchase from and then added together at checkout.

PICK UP - Not all items can be picked up, you must contact Machines Plus first to confirm your order can be picked up. AS Colour Apparel can be picked up from AS Colour Melbourne warehouse directly.

Items leave our or partners warehouses within 1 to 3 business days and normally takes between 3 - 10 working days. From time to time there may be unexpected delay's with the post or courier which are beyond our control.
