Shipping
When you checkout you will be offered shipping based on the products in your cart.
In some instances you will be offered more than one shipping option. Select the one that best suits you. At others times there will only be one option offered.
We offer:

- Express Post
- Shipping
- Garment Dropshipping
- Free Shipping for ink, consumable and equipment orders over $350 and AS Colour orders over $1000 (excludes other garment and accessory brands plus selected products; see Exclusions Below for more)
Shipping:
Shipping is calculated based on the inks, consumables and equipment you have under $350 in your cart.
Dropship:
Garments are dropshipped directly from the Manufacture Warehouse.
The rates charged are based on the shipping rates from the manufacture. These are standard shipping rates.
An Express rate quote can be requested.
Free Freight:
Free freight is automatically offered when you spend:
$350 or more on ink, consumables and equipment (See Exclusions Below).
This is Standard Freight only and does not include Express Services. We reserve the right to select the cheapest shipping option, whilst still ensuring that packages arrive in a timely fashion.
AS Colour has Free Freight when you spend $1000 or more. This is also Standard Shipping only and does not include Express Services.
Exclusions to Free Freight:
Ramo, Independent Trading Co, B&L Bags and Linen, RTP Apparel, Epson 20 Litre Pretreatment, Image Armor 5 litre and 5 gallon Pretreatment, heat transfer and self adhesive vinyls, equipment that needs installation and the Cube Pretreatment Machines are excluded from free freight. Please see product page to see if an item is excluded from Free Freight.
Free Freight is also excluded from orders that have already been discounted.
Some useful information about Australia Post:
Parcel Post
- Covers all of Australia.
- Sending to same state:
- Metro - up to 2 business days
- Country - up to 5 business days
- Sending interstate:
- Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
- Country - Please ask at your local Post Office
Express Post
- Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes.
- Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
- If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by our Next Day Guarantee.
PICK UP - Not all items can be picked up, you must contact Machines Plus first to confirm your order can be picked up. Please note that AS Colour orders can no longer be picked up from their Melbourne warehouse; all orders must be shipped.
Items leave our or partners warehouses within 1 to 3 business days and normally takes between 3 - 10 working days to be delivered. From time to time there may be unexpected delays with the post or courier, which are beyond our control.
