ViBrand DTF White Hot Melt Powder is formulated for Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, helping bond printed designs to garments for durable transfers with excellent washability. Its slow-drying formula supports the transfer process and allows for easy cold tearing when used with compatible DTF materials and application settings.
The polyurethane-based hot melt powder is applied evenly over the wet ink on printed DTF film, then heated to melt and cure the powder before the design is transferred to the garment using a heat press.

Application
After printing your design onto DTF film, apply the powder evenly over the wet ink. Heat using a suitable curing oven or heat press until the powder melts and cures. Transfer the design onto the garment using a compatible heat press, following the recommended settings for your film, powder and garment.
Note: Actual curing and transfer settings may vary depending on your equipment and materials. Always test before production.
