Roland DG TY-300 Direct-To-Film Printer
The TY-300 is part of Roland DG’s full DTF solution, with RIP software, DTF film and powder, and an optional shaker/heater unit for automated DTF transfer production.
This machine offers a complete DTF solution - simply print your design onto the transfer film, which is then covered with thermo-adhesive powder. It can be transferred onto the final substrate via heat press, much like vinyl.
Create apparel with eye-catching graphics - including detailed designs, images and text - no weeding or masking required! Transfers can be applied to a variety of substrates, including polyester, plus onto colours that are notoriously difficult to print on.
The TY-300 printer integrates seamlessly with leading DTF powder/shaker units. Or, you can bundle it with Roland DG’s tested/approved shaker oven (sold separately) which connects to the printer and delivers the highest level of quality, productivity, and performance.
The TY-300 requires Daily Maintenance, timing for the maintenance is as follows:
Before daily operations - shaking white ink cartridges, clean the nozzle surface and check the nozzle condition.
After daily operations - daily shut down cleaning
Operational temperature between 20º to 28ºc and Humidity between 40 to 60 % RH (no condensation).
Non-operation should be restricted to 5 to 40℃ (41 to 104 °F) , Humidity: 20 to 80 % RH (no condensation).
This is important for the supplies and management of the ink, powder and media – both prior to and during use. If these conditions are not maintained, then hardware stability such as Print Head dropout will occur and damage could be done to Print Heads and other components.
