Machines Plus Return Policy

If you need to return an item, you must notify Machines Plus no later than 7 days after receiving your item/s that you wish to return them. We recommend that you check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us if there are any errors.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned within 14 days of purchase to the address advised by Machines Plus. (This may be a third party address in which the product originated from.)

Please complete our Returns Form to start the returns process. 
Inks must be returned with the bottles or boxes unopened and the original labels intact. This includes pretreatments and cleaning solutions.
RTP Apparel
If you have printed on the shirts or done any modifications to the shirts, or applied additional pretreatments or other materials to the garments they are ineligible for returns. Any item modified or otherwise deemed used will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
AS Colour
Customers are responsible for the inspection of goods before embellishing or printing. Merchandise that is printed, washed, dyed, relabelled or decorated is non-returnable. Please make sure you check your invoice is correct before printing.
Heat Transfer Media's - Siser and Heat Transfer Plus and Signage Media
Heat Transfer Media and Signage Media is cut to size and can not be returned. 
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Restocking Fee
For items that have been incorrectly ordered by the customer or being returned because they are no longer needed a $60 restocking fee applies. 

Refunds / Credits
Before any credit or refund is made the item/s must be returned to where Machines Plus instructs. (This maybe directly to the manufacturer or to Machines Plus.) Once the item/s is received it will be assessed by Machines Plus or the Supplier of the item/s.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund / credit.
If you are approved, then your refund / credit will be processed within 7 business days. 
Orders purchase through the online store will have a refund automatically applied to the original credit card.
Orders made by EFT will have a credit note issued which can be used against future orders. 

Item/s returned where the end user has not followed our Returns Policy will not be credited and will be returned to customer at their expense.

Item/s that have been returned with a fault and no fault is found will be returned to customer at their expense.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
The original delivery charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products and then a partial refund may be offered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
