Epson's new UltraChrome DG Ink has been designed for Direct To Garment printing on cotton and cotton blend textiles. While the printer incorporates a number of self-cleaning and self-maintenance functions, periodic high level cleaning is required. Part of this requires cleaning of the ink lines. This is performed by removing the relevant white/colour ink cartridge and installing a Cleaning Cartridge.
Epson DG Cleaning Fluid uses a formulation that is Diethylene Glycol-free for safer handling and does not require special ventilation during use. It has been specially formulated for use with Epson DTG printers running with Epson DG ink. Each cartridge contains 700mls and can be typically used for a number of cleaning cycles.
