Outstanding Print Quality with Epson UltraChrome DG2 Ink

Whether you are producing a set of shirts for an event or a one-off custom design, print quality plays an important role in the value of the finished product.

The Epson SureColor F1060 uses the latest UltraChrome DG2 ink formulation for printing on a range of fabrics, including AS Colour. The ink produces prints with improved definition, less grain and reduced bleed.

DTG and DTFilm Production

Epson UltraChrome DG2 Ink supports both traditional Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and DTFilm production methods.

The ink is supplied in convenient 250ml pouches that are light and compact. The pouches are easy to load, agitate and replace.

Front-Loaded Consumables

The Epson SureColor F1060 features front-loaded consumables, making ink replacement quick and straightforward.

Ink agitation can be completed by simply ejecting the relevant tray, while the pouch design also helps minimise waste during disposal.

Maintenance Tank

The F1060 uses a standard maintenance tank instead of a waste ink bottle. There is no need for decanting — simply replace the maintenance tank when it is full.

Maintenance Liquid & User-Replaceable Components

Maintenance liquid is used to keep the print head lubricated and assist with automatic cleaning.

One maintenance liquid pouch is supplied with every printer along with a flushing unit and capping unit. These items are user replaceable, and the printer will prompt the operator when replacement is required.
