Epson UltraChrome DF Ink for SC-G6060 & G9060

Epson UltraChrome DF Ink is developed specifically for Direct-to-Film (DTFilm) production with the Epson SureColor SC-G6060 and SC-G9060 printers. It is formulated to deliver high image quality alongside reliable and consistent printer performance.

Because DTFilm results can vary depending on the film, powder, printer print mode and print speed, customers are strongly recommended to perform print tests before production. Transfer performance can also vary depending on the combination of powder, fabric or merchandise surface, baking settings and subsequent pressing. Additional testing is recommended to ensure optimal results.

Epson UltraChrome DF Ink Features

Epson UltraChrome DF Ink features a formulation that, when affixed to fabric, is certified under the OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT standard as being safe for use by adults, children and babies up to 36 months.

The ink has also been approved by GOTS and has passed the CPSIA Section 108 standard. Customers are recommended to review the relevant information published by each standards provider for further details.

Ink Pouches & Handling

Epson UltraChrome DF Ink is supplied in easy-load pouches designed for quick loading and replacement.

• Use pouches before the date specified on the packaging.

• Once opened, pouches should be consumed within one year.

• For optimum results, remove and vigorously shake the pouches daily before reinserting them.

• Epson printers perform continuous self-cleaning and ink recirculation to support reliable operation.

Printer Operation & Maintenance

Epson printers can be switched off for periods of time. However, if the equipment is not expected to be used for more than one week, Epson recommends leaving the printer switched on.

If the printer is being moved or is not expected to be used for several weeks, the extended shutdown process should be performed.

For further information, owners should refer to the relevant printer user guide and regularly check online for updates.
