The Mimaki UV-DTF Film System enables high-quality UV direct transfers onto a wide range of surfaces, including uneven, curved and textured materials. The system uses an A-film (adhesive film) and B-film (application film) to produce detailed UV-DTF transfers for flexible application.

The Mimaki UV-DTF Film System was specifically developed for use with the UJV300DTF-75. Printing is performed onto a specially coated A-film, which is then automatically laminated with the B-film.
After cutting, the finished design can be applied to objects in a similar way to a high-quality sticker, including highly curved, uneven or difficult-to-print surfaces.
The Mimaki UV-DTF Film AB Set is suitable for personalised products, small production runs and product finishing applications on materials such as:

The UV-DTF films provide high adhesion and durability, with resistance to water, cleaning agents and heat. Testing has demonstrated durability on materials including glass, stainless steel and ceramics.
The film structure is designed to produce sharp edges, vibrant colours, clean solid areas and fine detail, including small lettering.
An antistatic coating and reinforced carrier material help provide stable media transport, reduce production disruptions and support reliable operation.
The system allows on-demand customisation through overprinting and flexible design options, making it suitable for personalised products and a range of UV-DTF applications.
