DTF Plus is the Machines Plus range of Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer films, available in Instant Hot Peel and Cold Peel options. Choose from sheet sizes and rolls to suit different DTF printing and production requirements.
A4: 21cm × 29.7cm – Small Platen
37cm × 42cm – Medium Platen
52cm × 42cm – Large Platen
60cm × 100m Roll
Print – Print your design directly onto the DTF Plus transfer film using a compatible DTF or DTG printer.
Apply Powder – Apply DTF hot melt adhesive powder to the printed film.
Cure – Heat cure the transfer before applying it to the garment or storing it for later use.
DTF transfer printing can be used across a wide variety of fabrics, including cotton, polyester and blends.
DTF Plus is available in two film options:
Instant Hot Peel – Peel the film immediately after the transfer process.
Cold Peel – Allow the transfer to cool before peeling.
Choose the film type that suits your DTF transfer workflow and application requirements.
DTF Plus provides a flexible film solution for custom printing businesses, garment decoration and DTF transfer production.
When working with DTF products and hot melt powder:
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including an N95 mask, safety goggles and gloves when handling DTF powders.
Apply DTF powders at least 5 metres away from your printer to help prevent powder from entering the machine.
Operate in a well-ventilated room with an appropriate filtration system during printing and curing.
