Mimaki UV DTF Film AB Set

The Mimaki UV-DTF Film System was specifically developed for use with the UJV300DTF-75 and opens up new possibilities in UV direct printing. Printing is done on a specially coated A-film, which is then automatically laminated with the B-film. After cutting, the design can be applied to almost any object like a high-quality sticker – even highly curved, uneven, or difficult-to-print surfaces.

The UV-DTF films impress with their exceptional adhesion and high resistance to water, cleaning agents, and heat. Extensive testing confirms above-average durability on materials such as glass, stainless steel, and ceramics. At the same time, the high-quality film structure ensures brilliant colours, clean edges, and a uniform appearance – even with fine lettering and small details. Thanks to an antistatic coating and reinforced substrate, the system offers particularly stable media handling, reduces production disruptions, and increases process reliability.
