The Mimaki TxF330-800 is Mimaki's flagship 800 mm Direct-to-Film printer, developed for professional garment decorators, DTF production businesses and trade printers requiring higher output, reliable white ink performance and consistent long-run production.
Powered by Mimaki's 330 Series print engine, the TxF330-800 is available in two configurations:
CMYK + White – optimised for maximum DTF production output.
CMYK + Sky Blue + Pale Pink + White – expanded colour reproduction for premium apparel, photographic images, fashion, merchandise and colour-critical work.
With support for 100 metre DTF film rolls, an 800 mm print width and Mimaki's automated nozzle checking, recovery and white-ink circulation technologies, the TxF330-800 is designed for serious commercial DTF production.

High-Volume DTF Without Sacrificing Print Quality
The TxF330-800 combines increased production speed with the image quality of Mimaki's 330 print platform.
In the CMYK + White configuration, the printer is designed to produce dense solid colours, smooth gradients and detailed artwork while substantially increasing production capacity.
For businesses producing large volumes of gang sheets, workwear, sportswear, merchandise or custom apparel, the wider 800 mm format also provides more usable printing area and greater nesting flexibility than conventional 600 mm DTF systems.
Expanded Colour Option
The TxF330-800 can also be configured with Sky Blue and Pale Pink in addition to CMYK and White.
Sky Blue expands vivid blues and saturated greens, while Pale Pink improves reproduction of bright pinks and strong reds.
The expanded gamut also helps reproduce smoother skin tones, detailed illustrations, photography and difficult brand colours.
This configuration is particularly suited to businesses producing premium fashion, retail merchandise and colour-critical custom garments.
Designed for Long Production Runs
DTF production relies heavily on stable white ink and consistent film feeding.
Mimaki addresses both areas in the TxF330-800.
MCTv2 – Mimaki Circulation Technology 2 continuously circulates white ink to support stable discharge while helping reduce ink waste during nozzle cleaning.
NCU – Nozzle Check Unit automatically detects missing nozzles and can initiate cleaning before nozzle issues affect a production run.
NRS – Nozzle Recovery System can temporarily substitute functioning nozzles when a nozzle cannot immediately be recovered, helping production continue.
Mimaki Feed Tension Technology assists with accurate film transport during long print runs.
