The system incorporates a number of consumable components that periodically need to be replaced. It is important that these are replaced as per the schedule and process listed in the user manual &/or advised by the printer. If it is not performed in a timely and correct manner it may cause problems with the printer, the cessation of operation, invalidation of warranty &/or the terms of a Service Pack.
The Wiper Unit for the SC-V1060 must be replaced ONCE a month
The Air Filter for the SC-V1060 must be replaced every 6 months
The printer has a standard maintenance tank instead of a waste ink bottle; no decanting, no mess, just replace once a month.
