Gus and Paul are both eager to help. Gustavo is great to help with on the machines. Send him a message and a photo of what you stuffed up (yes, it is likely your fault) and he will give you the mistake you made.
Paul is super efficient in responding to you online with any questions you have with the ordering of equipment and if you need it ASAP he sends it express to keep you going.
My machine did some weird stuff and leaked everywhere, I was very disheartened, however the guys had a technician over in a very short amount of time. I got two more ink cartridges from Epson (not cheap...) to replace the ink i had lost and the machine.
I have also had Gus at my house to help set up and show me how to print and pre treat the shirts. Although i have asked him about other machines (he could have made money off me with them...) he told me to wait til i was making a certain amount a day and just do it the manual way til then.
Gus has helped me with pricing and Paul has offered his services to help where he can with my website. All of these things have very little to do with just selling you a machine. These guys go above and beyond and also try to get you jobs if you let them.
I have also pinched numerous shirts and ink when i have been in to see Gus to get help about how to print hoodies, shirts and other items.
Great team and happy to have found them.

After pondering over my decision for a good couple years about buying a direct to garment printer, I almost purchased a second hand Epson from my wonderful printer who had been servicing my business during this time. After some back and forth with the team at Machines Plus, I was convinced to make the right decision and buy brand new and geez I am glad I did. Being a business manager for over 20 years I can usually see through the BS of sales people who are after a quick sale and nothing more to offer but in this case, it's not what I received.
I received 'above and beyond' service from the minute I inquired 2 years ago even up until now - 4 weeks after my purchase. Gus knew that this was a massive deal to me as a sole trader to get the right training the right knowledge and the right equipment and technique and not once has he let me down. They didn't dump the machine and run and have been on call for all of my boo boo's and questions with the best advice possible and I feel like they won't leave my side.
If you're considering going anywhere else, don't. These guys know what they are doing and they do it well and I have no problem recommending them to anyone who considers any purchase from them. My little business Highline Racewear will be much better off with our new found friends and happy to speak with anyone who has any questions about their service and equipment.
So I thank you for everything thus far Gus and can't wait to build on what Highline already offer.
