General Formulations 201 and 203 are 3.4 mil polymeric white calendered vinyls, with a clear permanent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive Features a 90# layflat liner The clear adhesive creates a permanent bond to a variety of common substrates used in graphics applications The 90# liner provides excellent layflat qualities in a variety of ambient conditions along with ease of application of large format graphics Suitable for solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV curable inks.
GF 201 and GF 203 High Tack is recommended for exterior signage, decals, nameplates and point-of-purchase displays. It can be adhered to a variety of substrates such as metals, painted metals, smooth wood, plywood, primed MDF board and vinyl. Available in gloss and air release adhesive.

Decoding General Terms:
- GF: General Formulations, the manufacturer.
- SAV: Self Adhesive Vinyl.
- 201: The specific product series. GF 201 is a 3.4 mil (87 micron) matte white finish.
- 203: The product series. GF 203 is a 3.0 mil (77 micron) premium polymeric gloss white calendered vinyl. It is durable and designed for flat or simple curved surfaces.
- HT: High Tack Adhesive
- M: Matte finish.
- W: White colour
- T: Transparent (clear) adhesive. Unlike standard IJ40-10 (which has a grey adhesive for maximum opacity), the T variant features a clear, permanent adhesive.
- GAP: Grey Adhesive Permanent. This signifies that the vinyl is coated with a permanent, grey-coloured, pressure-sensitive adhesive. The grey colour provides higher opacity (hiding power), allowing it to block out underlying colours.

GWGAP: Gloss White (GW), Grey Adhesive (G), Air-Egress (A), Permanent (P)
- Gloss White: The finish of the vinyl.
- Grey Adhesive: Indicates it has a grey-tinted adhesive, which provides better opacity (hiding power) than a clear adhesive, allowing it to cover up whatever is underneath (e.g., old signs).
- Air-Egress (Air Release): Features technology that allows air to escape through the adhesive, facilitating bubble-free application.
- Permanent: The adhesive is designed to form a long-lasting bond.
