DTF Plus Hot Melt Powder – White

DTF Plus Hot Melt Powder – White is available in 2kg and 10kg buckets for Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer production.

The DTF process involves printing onto transfer film, drying the printed film, applying hot melt powder to the back of the print and then heat curing the transfer. Finished transfers can be used immediately or stored for later use.

DTF Hot Melt Powder – Safety

When working with DTF hot melt powder:

• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including an N95 mask, safety goggles and gloves.

• Apply hot melt powder at least 5 metres away from your printer to help avoid potential powder entering the printer and causing damage.
