Epson SureColor SC-F360 Dye Sublimation Printer

The new Epson SureColor SC-F360 is a compact A3 dye sublimation printer designed for production of custom merchandise, apparel and promotional products. It features Epson PrecisionCore® Micro TFP print technology, variable-sized droplets and a 1200 × 600 dpi print resolution.

The SC-F360 uses Epson UltraChrome DS Ink in 140ml bottles with a 4-colour CMYK configuration. It is designed for use with Epson DS Paper and features automatic media switching. It features a touchscreen control panel with integrated help and flexible connectivity. Designed for business users, it can be purchased in two configurations with up to FIVE years comprehensive service cover.

What You'll Need to Get Started

If you don't purchase the printer with ink and paper then consumables will need to be ordered separately. We have these items listed on the Machines Plus Web site.

You will need a heat press, either a clamshell style for flat items like t-shirts, mouse pads, etc., or a special one for mugs and other merchandise. Machines Plus can provide these.

You will need garment and/or merchandise blanks. Machines Plus can again help you here; review our website and/or give us a call.

Installation & Setup

This printer was specifically engineered for user installation. It is quick and simple to perform.

A portion of your first set of ink and sizeable amount of space in your first maintenance tank will be used to "prime" the machine during initial setup. This is normal and once-off. It is a result of Epson seeking to ensure your printer arrives to you in exactly the same condition it left the production line and will provide quality output.

Important Operating Notes

To ensure reliable performance we recommend you use the printer regularly, keep it powered on or use regular power cycles (don't leave powered down for extended periods). Operate the printer on a stable, level surface (it is not designed for mobile use and may leak if shaken or tilted).

Ensure adequate ventilation in your workspace and try to maintain a stable (moderate) temperature and humidity. Store inks in a cool location away from direct sunlight and agitate before insertion. Store media and printed materials in a cool location away from sunlight.
