B-Flex DTF Transfer Film is a professional DTF film for direct to film printing, designed for apparel decorators, print shops and garment production businesses that need clean handling, vibrant colour output and reliable transfer results. This 75 µm matte/matte DTF transfer film provides a refined matte print finish and is designed to work as part of a complete DTF workflow with compatible DTF inks, hot melt powder glue, curing equipment and heat press application.

Ideal for producing full-colour transfers for custom apparel, sportswear, workwear, uniforms, promotional products and short-run garment decoration, B-Flex DTF film supports detailed artwork, logos, gradients and complex graphics without the need for vinyl layering. The film is suitable for use with hot melt powder glues that melt from 110°C, with application settings depending on your printer, ink, powder, curing process and garment type.

DTF Workflow

• Print on transfer film: Print the design in mirror using a compatible DTF printer and ink setup.
• Apply hot melt powder: Apply DTF powder manually or with an automatic shaker.
• Cure the powder: Cure the adhesive powder using suitable oven or curing settings for your workflow.
• Heat press the transfer: Apply the transfer to the garment using the recommended time, temperature and pressure.
• Remove the liner: Peel hot, semi-hot or as recommended based on the application settings used.

Application & Care Notes

• Always mirror artwork before printing onto DTF transfer film.
• Application settings depend on your DTF printer, ink, hot melt powder, curing equipment and garment.
• For brighter colours and durability, a second press may be required depending on temperature and application time.
• Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
• Wash garments inside out at a maximum temperature of 40°C.
• Use a delicate dryer cycle where required.
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
• Always test on the intended garment before production.
