Mimaki PHT50 DTF Inks for TxF Series

Mimaki PHT50 Heat Transfer Pigment Ink is specifically designed for use with Mimaki DTF printers to produce vibrant and durable heat transfers.

Mimaki holds the OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT certification through the Nissenken Quality Evaluation Center for PHT50, the heat transfer pigment ink developed exclusively for DTF applications.

Degassed Aluminium Pack

PHT50 ink cartridges use Mimaki's degassed aluminium pack method, a technology that Mimaki has used for more than ten years. The design helps prevent oxygen and other gases from mixing with the colour and white ink.

Deaeration & Nozzle Clogging

The degassed aluminium pack design helps maintain ink stability by preventing air bubbles from entering the ink pack. This minimises the chances of nozzle clogging and supports consistent, reliable printing performance.

Ecology & Economy

The degassed aluminium pack also provides ecological and economical advantages. Compared with ink bottles, the design uses less plastic, helping to minimise plastic waste.

Ink Capacity

Mimaki PHT50 ink is available in different capacities:

• Colour: 600ml

• White: 500ml

These ink capacities support extended printing runs with less frequent cartridge changes, helping maintain an efficient DTF printing workflow.
